Occasionally more services are needed during your exam. These will be quoted for on the day. The general scale and clean included in this quote might not be suitable to treat your current gum health and further treatment might be suggested. New patient identification requirement As part of our new-patient onboarding process, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, your Medicare card where applicable, and your private health insurance card where applicable. These documents will be scanned and securely stored in your confidential patient record for identity verification, fraud prevention, account security and processing applicable claims. This is a mandatory requirement for all new patients. Please only continue with the booking if you are comfortable with your documents being scanned and securely retained, as we will be unable to proceed with your appointment without them.
