This appointment includes assessment and treatment of a tooth requiring a filling. If the dentist identifies other issues or additional teeth requiring treatment, these will be discussed with you and can be booked separately.
Check Up & Clean
- Comprehensive oral examination, 2 x-rays (if needed), Removal of plaque, stains and calculus, Fluoride treatment
Occasionally more services are needed during your exam. These will be quoted for on the day. The general scale and clean included in this quote might not be suitable to treat your current gum health and further treatment might be suggested.
Surgical Tooth Extraction
- Oral examination, 2 x-rays (if needed), Surgical removal of tooth
This appointment includes assessment and surgical removal of a tooth where a surgical extraction is required. The dentist will confirm suitability and explain the procedure before treatment.
Emergency & Toothache
- Oral examination, 2 x-rays, Removal of tooth (if needed), Removal of nerve (if needed), Temporary filling (if needed)
Sometimes more x-rays are needed to diagnose the problem. The dentist will assess, give options and get you out of pain if possible.
